Brush and Bucket is a local painting company founded by local painters Carl Zemke and Jeremy Heughs in 2009. Jeremy, Carl, and their team take pride in every project, wanting only the best results for their clients. Brush and Bucket strives to achieve beautiful, personalized aesthetics and stunning longevity while still meeting individual budgeting needs. Co-Founder and Painter
Carl began painting in 1992 during summer break from Johnson and Whales University where he was working towards a degree in culinary arts. After receiving his degree, Carl traveled working as a chef and a part time residential painter until 2004 when he transitioned into full time residential painting. In 2006 Carl began his own painting company until 2009, when he merged with Jeremy to form Brush & Bucket. Carl is focused on providing high quality results with high quality products and ensuring every customer is thrilled with their customized experience.

Co-Owner and Painter
Jeremy first began painting in 1996. Jeremy worked for several large painting companies before branching off on his own with the skills he learned after so many years in the industry. In 2009, Jeremy met Carl, at which point they realized that the amazing work they do individually could only become better if they joined forces. Jeremy is very detailed oriented, passionate about stunning aesthetics and durable longevity.
